By creating an account or otherwise accessing kuhuku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using kuhuku on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

kuhuku is a scheduling and publishing tool for social media content. Users connect third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads) and instruct kuhuku to publish content at chosen times. AI-assisted caption and hashtag suggestions are provided as a convenience and remain the user's responsibility to review before use.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use kuhuku.

4. Content ownership and license

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant kuhuku a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, format, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use kuhuku to:

• Publish content that violates the terms of any connected platform.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, illegal content, or content that incites violence or hate.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of kuhuku, or access accounts or data you do not own.

6. Third-party platforms

Your use of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads through kuhuku is also subject to those platforms' terms. kuhuku does not control platform behavior; posts may be delayed, rejected, or removed by a platform for reasons outside our control.

7. Billing and subscription

kuhuku Pro is a subscription service. Fees, billing cycles, trial periods, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. [DEEP_TO_REVIEW]

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees. On termination, your right to use kuhuku ends; content deletion follows the process described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

kuhuku is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or appropriate for any particular use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kuhuku and Taaj Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the service. 11. Governing law
